InspectorKit ("InspectorKit", "we", "our", or "us") provides software for home inspection businesses through our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). 1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

The Services may include report writing tools, scheduling, agreement and invoice workflows, client portal features, communications, and other operational functionality for inspection businesses. We may update features over time.

- Upload malicious code or content that infringes third-party rights.
4. Billing and Subscriptions
Paid features may require an active subscription. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Billing and payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the Services. You grant InspectorKit a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Services.

The Services, including software, design, and branding, are owned by InspectorKit or its licensors and protected by applicable law. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InspectorKit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are effective when posted on this page unless otherwise stated.
